  1. I am glad that things are finally working for you! I had a lot of issues with my HQ table. I was experiencing that until hubby modified a holder for the cords that keep them from the back of the machine – they were catching and doing long jerks. All is well now though. Glad you are doing well with it.

    • Thanks. Isn’t it amazing that something so small can cause such a problem? Keith was telling someone yesterday, “She’s cranking out quilts now like crazy.” LOL

Lot of work and planning. Very beautiful. Those animals are gorgeous. In my newest post, I show music theme quilts. Thank You.

Hi Becky, THANK YOU! Going right up to check mine now! I got the King Quilter, Phoenix frame and Butler in February of this year. I’ve complained to SMP about the same issue MULTIPLE times, they keep telling me to pick up my encoder and let it smack down on the rail. It works for a while, then skipped stitches. Ironically, it always seems to happen about the same place on the frame! I mentioned that to him, and he said “coincidence”. I still didn’t think so, but now have some direction! LOVE YOUR BLOG! Hello You have no idea how this article saved my day!…and my client’s quilt! I was near tears as well…I had just completed 2 queen sized quilts with no problem, put on the third and there were skips 1″ or better!! Frustrated after cleaning, checking needle, feeds, etc. I looked on line, found this article, followed it, and wella!! IT’S WORKING!!

    Thanks so much.

Can you send you husband to my house? I’m ready to toss mine out the window! I think husbands like yours could make a mean buck making house calls for this issue alone!

Hi, I love this post. But, I am having trouble with loopy knotty stitches on the bottom . I have checked, double checked, triple checked and even call the company. After doing all the suggestions, my machine sewed one and a half row on a queen size quilt good and then the same problem started again. I am going to check the frame for the problem you just mentioned as well. But any help in this situation is greatly appreciated.
