PLEASE NOTE: This pattern book CD contains machine embroidery designs. There is not a ‘sewing version’ of this topper. You need an embroidery machine to create this Cutie Topper. You need a machine that has at least a 5×7 hoop.
This giveaway also includes the full fabric and embellishment kit AND a ruler and mister spray bottle! Sweet!

Watched your video on getting stabilizer tight in a Snap Hoop Monster. What works really well, I tape the stabilizer to my table and slide the bottom hoop under the stabilizer. Then I use the white board about 2/3 down to the bottom and then line up top hoop to bottom hoop using the marking tape and a notch I marked on the bottom hoop.
