2025 PTWT RV Sew Together in El Campo, TX! Join Me!

Join me at the Lost Lagoon RV Resort in El Campo, Texas on 17-21 Sept 2025. We have reserved 30 spots and 6 on-site cabins (sleep 6) for our group. All RV spots are paved with 50 amp service. Since it is off-season, the Wibbet Water Park may be closed, however, all other pools, including the lazy river and swim-up bar, will be open. 

EVENT REGISTRATION
Use this absurdly large button to complete the PTWT Sew Together registration form. This will be used by Bonnie the rally coordinator and Becky for rally room and classroom purposes. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU FILL IN THIS FORM.

PAYMENTS
There are two separate payments to make: the RV park AND a rally and/or class registration fee.

RV PARK RESERVATION - You will pay for your RV spot or cabin when you call the park to make your reservation by phone at 979) 275-1600. We have received a group discount for the RV resort reservation fee as well as the cabins and golf cart rental. Please note: Cabins are only accessible by stairs and ramps are not provided. To get the discounted group rate, YOU MUST CALL to reserve the RV spot (do not book online), and you must tell them you are with the Power Tools With Thread Sew Together group. If you’d like to bring your own golf cart, eBikes, or scooters, you can!

RALLY REGISTRATION FEE – This allows you access to the rally room for open sewing for the full 4 days. If you wish to sew with the rest of the group in the rally room, you must register using the button below.

GROUP ICE BREAKER – There will be an Ice Cream Social Ice Breaker on Thursday (Sept 18) at 6pm for everyone in the Driftwood Rally Room! Stitchers and RV/cabin guests are welcome at the ice breaker so they can all meet each other. Come meet all your new friends and enjoy a Texas treat!

NON-SEWING ACTIVITIES – Feel free to bring your corn hole boards because we have a private road to set them up where there won’t be any traffic. The park has a catch and release fishing pond. Because this is on private property, you do not need a fishing license. We have a list of volunteer opportunities to assist with the event. If you want to help, please reach out to Becky or Bonnie. Just want to laze around and do nothing? We’ve got that in spades. Someone is sure to have a game on the outside TV of their RV, you can walk the dog, toodle on a golf cart, or just visit with other rally goers. There’s also the fantastic pool, lazy river, and swim up bar. If you’re bored, well…don’t blame us!

POT LUCK DINNER AL FRESCO! We’ll have a pot-luck on Saturday night. You’ll BYOB and bring a lawn chair. Paper and plastics will be provided. More info to follow.

QUILT WALK – Bring a quilt or two to show off! Beginner or expert, all skill levels are welcome. We’ll have a place to hang them with clothes pins in covered cabanas around the pool to allow other park guests to enjoy your work. Who doesn’t love a quilt show! You will be required to sign a release statement to hang your quilt on-site in case of pesky birds enjoying the show as well or if it gets dirty from falling off the line. The cabanas are far enough away that they shouldn’t get wet and “Do Not Touch” signs will be displayed. Well-loved or brand-new quilts of all sizes are encouraged! We need volunteers to help hang the quilts please. Quilts will be hung and removed daily.
