DBJJ Christmas Tree Skirt Block Tracker
Have you seen the new DBJJ Christmas Tree Skirt? This thing is GORGEOUS! I had so much fun making this adorable North Pole village tree skirt! You can get the pattern here. https://designsbyjuju.com

If you’re making the Designs by JuJu Christmas Tree Skirt, you might find it helpful to keep on track of all 45 parts and pieces using this free downloadable handy Tree Skirt Block Tracker. When I started, I didn’t use this but I found I was forced to make it up as I went along so I’m happy to share it with you!
The inner blocks 1-8 are all different but there are 7 multiples of block #9. Then on the outer blocks, there are 7 multiples of the first block and 8 multiples of the second. It can get kind of crazy as these stack up and you find yourself continually sorting through them to see what’s been done and what there is still to do.

Here is a list of fabrics I used and recommended fabrics if you can’t locate my exact ones. RebsFabStash is putting together fabric kits and should have them ready by the end of Aug 2022. I’ll announce on the PTWT FB group and in a video when they are available for sale

Here is Part 1 of a how-to video where I cover considerations for the pattern make, fabric prep, fabric conservation, and block finishing. I cover block construction and skirt finishing in Part 2.
In this video, I’ll show you how to add a backing, get gorgeous flat blocks with a clean pressed edge finish, and we’ll add the bias tape binding. Enjoy!
This is a awesome project but it doesn’t seem to be available at the link you posted.
My blog post beat their pattern release by a couple of hours. Sorry about that! It goes to the pattern now.
Hello from West Vancouver, BC! Thank you for another phenomenal video tutorial……I so greatly appreciate all the time and effort you put into these well designed and thought out presentations.
I might be tempted with this one!
Your tree skirt is absolutely gorgeous!!! You do such beautiful work… I just purchased the pattern and I will be working on this also. I am sure I will be referring to your videos quite a bit.
Becky, I absolutely love watching your videos. You always do an excellent job explaining exactly what needs to be required to get the job done. I have made so many of the potholders as gifts and they have always been appreciated. Thanks for all that you do to share with other crafters.
Becky,
What type of batting did you use? I’m so excited to start this tree skirt… it’s lovely!!
Do you have a list of items you mentioned in the video. The name of the cutter and your iron. Thank you. Got design can’t wait to start it.
I was so impressed with your video and your fabrics but can’t find your list of fabrics you used.
Can you give me a clue where to look please?
Thanks for the idea! They were located under the videos in the Description Box on YouTube, but I’ve updated this post to include them too. RebsFabStash is coming out with a kit by the end of August so stay tuned! Thank you!
Hi, Becky – always, ALWAYS love learning from you!! Thanks for another wonderful tutorial! The RebsFabStash kit – will that be the same fabrics that you used in this tutorial? I love it EXACTLY the way you did it – and will usually go in to “analysis paralysis” when trying to pick out THIS many applique fabrics by my onezies!! Don’t know if I can wait until the end of August to start (but it is already the 5th – and my second granddaughter is due on the 12th – so I might have some distractions!!) Thank you for blessing us all with your talent and uplifting spirit!
The links to the fabrics are not working for me in this post or in the videos.
What batting do you use? I’m waiting for the fabrics to be sold!!
I probably totally missed it but what size hop did you use?
Hi I am unable to open the videos about the Juju tree skirt. Only shows a black rectangle. Can you help? Thanks!
I got it now. Thanks!
